Beekeeping Industry Development Initiative

The Beekeeping Industry Development Initiative (BIDI) provides funding for research and education projects that promote the economic viability and development of the beekeeping industry. BIDI was allocated $200,000 from the Investment Agriculture Foundation of BC, through the Agri-Food Futures Fund, a joint venture between the Province of BC and the Government of Canada.
