Please note - we need to know as early as possible that you will be attending the 2003 AGM and conference. By registering before 10 October, 2003, you will save $15.00 at $175.00. Full conference registration received after 10 October, 2003 is $190.00 per delegate.

The Sandman Hotel is conveniently located in central Kelowna directly across from the Orchard Park Shopping center. The convention rate is $69.00 for all rooms for BCHPA delegates. This special convention rate is available to all delegates for three days before the AGM and will extend for three afterwards to permit extended stay to enjoy the Kelowna vacation opportunities. Call the hotel direct at 1-888-526 1988, and quote Reservation Number 91525 to receive this special conference rate.

Delegates are on their own for breakfast; Denny's is located in the hotel. Those wanting other choices can consider McDonalds, The White Spot, Perkins or any of the other food service outlets close by. There is also other accommodation nearby although no special rates have been arranged.

Remember

1. Bring three containers of your honey for our BCHPA Honey Swap. Recommended size is 500ml. This was a great success at the semi-annual meeting in Kamloops and should be even more fun at the AGM in Kelowna.

2. Do you have "surplus" equipment? Delegates will have access to a "Buy/Sell" poster board to list your items for the interest of all delegates. A great opportunity to buy, sell or exchange items in your apiary. Important!! Do Not bring your equipment to the conference; Post Cards will be supplied to describe your item for others.

3. The success of the BeeTrust "Silent Auction" depends on the generosity of BC beekeepers and their supporters. Please bring your donated items with you. See Committee members Kristy Anderson and Denys Parsons on arrival; they will see that your contribution is included in the auction
